Returns & Exchanges Policy
At The Country Companies, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for processing.

Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund.
